I am a native of Odo Owa in Oke-Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria, currently based in Ibadan, where I actively serve as a gospel artist and minister. My music ministry operates under the name ABCDEM — Ancient Band of Christ, Drama & Evangelical Ministry, a faith-driven platform dedicated to spreading the message of Jesus Christ through music, drama, and evangelism. The vision of ABCDEM is centered on using creative expressions to draw people closer to God, inspire genuine worship, and communicate the gospel in ways that touch both the heart and the spirit.
My journey in ministry has always been rooted in a deep desire to serve God wholeheartedly and to use every gift entrusted to me for His glory. Through ABCDEM, we combine musical worship with dramatic storytelling and evangelical outreach, creating impactful experiences that minister to diverse audiences. Our mission goes beyond performance; it is about transformation — helping people encounter God personally and experience His presence through worship and creative expression.
One of the songs birthed through this ministry is “ONLY YOU,” a powerful worship piece received through divine inspiration in January 2025. The song came during a season of prayer, reflection, and spiritual sensitivity, where the focus was solely on acknowledging God as the ultimate source of life, strength, and purpose. “ONLY YOU” expresses complete dependence on God, declaring that He alone deserves all glory, honor, and praise. The message of the song emphasizes surrender and recognition of God’s supremacy above all earthly achievements or possessions.
Shortly after its inspiration, “ONLY YOU” was first ministered publicly on January 29th, 2025, where it served as our Open Praise during a worship gathering. The atmosphere during that ministration was deeply impactful, as worshippers connected strongly with the message and spirit of the song. It became clear that the song was not just another composition but a divine assignment meant to bless lives and usher people into heartfelt worship.
Following the positive response and spiritual impact of the song, we continued to minister it in various gatherings and programs. Its message of devotion and reverence naturally aligned with the broader vision of our ministry, which is to exalt God through sincere worship and evangelistic outreach. Over time, “ONLY YOU” became one of the defining sounds of our worship sessions, resonating with listeners and strengthening our commitment to producing spiritually meaningful music.
Later in the year, ABCDEM organized a major worship concert titled “MOST HIGH GOD” in July 2025. The concert was designed as a night of intense praise, worship, and thanksgiving — a gathering where believers could come together to celebrate God’s greatness and faithfulness. During this special event, six tracks were officially released, marking an important milestone for the ministry’s musical journey.
Among the songs released that night were powerful worship expressions such as “Lord You Reign,” “Most High,” “I Praise You,” “What Can We Give to God,” alongside “ONLY YOU” and other spirit-filled compositions. Each song carried a unique message but shared a common purpose: to magnify God and inspire deeper devotion among listeners. The concert served not only as a musical release but also as a spiritual encounter, leaving attendees uplifted and spiritually refreshed.
The release of these songs represents the continued growth and evolution of ABCDEM as a ministry committed to excellence in gospel music and evangelism. Every composition is prayerfully created, ensuring that the message remains rooted in scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit. Through music, drama, and outreach programs, the ministry seeks to reach communities, nurture faith, and encourage believers to live lives devoted to God.
As a gospel artist, my passion remains to create sounds that carry both spiritual depth and cultural relevance — songs that people can sing in personal devotion, church gatherings, and moments of reflection. The journey so far has been one of faith, obedience, and continuous learning, trusting God to lead every step.
