He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and by secular training, he is a banker with over a decade of professional experience. His passion for ministry further led him to the prestigious Moody Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership, equipping him with both spiritual and academic depth for effective leadership and service.
Josh Blayze’s music career began in 1993 as a drummer, a foundation that shaped his rhythmic sensitivity and musical versatility. During this time, he also began singing with a group known as “Da Executives.” His journey as a solo artist took shape in 1996 when he wrote his first song, “Lead Me Lord.” From that moment onward, he consistently led songs in choirs, concerts, and various worship events, steadily growing into the seasoned minister he is today.
Over the years, Josh Blayze has released four albums, each reflecting different seasons of his spiritual and musical growth. His most recent album, GOODNESS, released in 2020, stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness and his unwavering commitment to quality gospel music.
