Stanley Abalu, a talented Nigerian-Italian singer, songwriter, award-winning worship leader, author, and pastor, has just released his latest single, "It Shall Be Well." Inspired by personal experiences and divine revelation, this powerful song carries a message of hope and assurance.
The story behind "It Shall Be Well" stems from a challenging period in Stanley's life, during his time as a civil servant. He recalls a difficult season when he struggled to meet his basic needs, unable to afford rent or fulfill other responsibilities. Feeling discouraged, he sought solace in prayer, questioning God about his circumstances. During this time, while meditating on Psalms 128:1-2, God spoke to him, reminding him that despite the hardships, "It shall be well" for those who fear the Lord. This divine reassurance became the foundation for the song, and today, Stanley’s life has been transformed, as God has changed his story.
"It Shall Be Well" serves as a message of encouragement for believers facing trials, suffering, or persecution. It reminds them not to lose faith or trust in God, no matter how difficult their circumstances may seem. The song delivers a powerful reminder that, even in tough times, God's providence, deliverance, and encouragement are assured for His people.
Produced by Ramzy RMS in Abuja and mastered by Daniel Montecolle at Funkyman Records in Italy, the song showcases Stanley’s diverse musical talents. In addition to his music career, Stanley is the founder and senior pastor of City of Worship Living Church in Pescara, Italy. He has led worship in various countries and mentored choirs and singers worldwide. Notably, his South African choir won the Best Gospel Choir competition in 2007. He has ministered in numerous countries, including Nigeria, South Africa, Mozambique, Italy, Bulgaria, Switzerland, and Ireland, and has collaborated with top gospel artists such as Rev. Victor Atenaga, Giacomo Bleve, and Kinglsey Ike.
Beyond music, Stanley is an ambassador for W2W Divine Icon in Italy and has recorded five albums, including an Italian gospel album. He was also nominated for the Best of Edo Award in 2023.
